I would look at that for sure. Or possibly too low. What happens when you let the bike sit with the fuel on while the engine is off?

are you testing us tig? if so, then once my dad left his fuel on on his air compressor, and i guess the rings were bad or something, because he ended up getting gas in his exhaust. ive been scared so bad about that, i never leave my gas on anymore.

... bad rings would not fill the exhaust with gas until you cranked the motor over

whats wrong with a flame thrower on a air compressor?

I am told that the float on this little carb. is not adjustable. Could that be true? I did not even know these bikes have fuel filters. Could'nt hurt to change it, so I'll try that to. Let me know what yall think about the float adjustment thing, and I will look at that for sure.

Almost all bike have adjustable floats. They don't a screw or something, you bend a piece of metal.

Been a while but here is the deal. Not sure what did it, but all seems to be well. Multiple carb cleanings and silicone where carb. meets head. The boy has wrecked it about 10 times now, flooding it and everything else, and all is good. Thanks for helpin.
