thanks for the link....

so i was dirt biking in the ditch the other day....then me and my friend found this patch of snow that we started climbing and i guess someone called the cops, so the cops got out of their car saying its ILLEGAL to ride dirt bike anywhere except for private land, and since the snow just melted it looked like we ripped it up so they impounded the dirt bike and four wheeler, and trying to charge us with destruction of property....

i was just wondering if its really illegal to ride dirt bike anywhere except for private land in the state of minnesota or where i could find out

yeah, unless its street legal and you have a liscense, go find out who called the cops and tear their yard to pieces, then never come back. lol, jk, (but not really)

the cops here tell us to ride on the gas well and power line trails...

its kinda gay that you can't just go somewhere and ride

haha i like the tear the persons yard up idea

i wanted to see that fat ass cop try to pull my dirt bike out....the thing was so stuck you couldnt see half the back tire haha

Where I come from you can only ride on fire roads and in designated riding areas. But really the designated riding areas are wide open... Like trails all through a national forest. Most of the time your local clubs will maintain these. I would think a state like you live in being the land of 1000 lakes would let people ride where ever since there is a bunch of wilderness out there. Maybe check with a local attorney to make sure they are not playing you .
