Crf50 Tuning
I just got my daughter a 2005 CRF50.I was wondering how many turns on the air screw.Secondly the bike has a UNI air filter.The filter was dirty.So i cleaned it.I was wondering if the filter has to be oiled.I did oil the filter but the bike would not run.It could not suck threw the filter.So i soked up most of the oil off the filter with a clean rag.Now it runs fine.Should i keep it oiled or dry.

first off, you need to make sure you are using foam oil for the filter. after you soak it, squeeze it and try to get as much off as you can. keep it oiled!

Yes you just oil the filter. I use no toil stuff and i would just make a thin line around the filter then squish it all together to spread it all around...

just take the air screw 2 1/2 turns out and that will give you something to start with
