Really it sounds like a lack of valve maintenance. There is no way you could go through valves in a week. The only real bikes I could see doing that are factory bikes because everything is stretched so thin to grab that little extra hp. Just shimming the valves and having seats cut would have saved him so much trouble.

tig were your valves on the rmz alaways going out of speck before you go that valve job? i heard the 04 rmz\kxf 250 alaways had problems with them doing that
