rounded off valve cover

I rounded off one of the valve covers on my xr250r, any tips on how to get it out? if you arent familar with the engine there are four 23mm nut type deals that you take out to get to the rocker arms, help

Yup... I would safely turn it into a slot. Then... once it is off, grind it to a hex pattern for a smaller wrench.

thats what I was assuming, Im worried that my die grinder will tear thru the soft material too quickly thus its hack saw time which is not exciting like the die grinder.

Ya, but safe. Think how bad it would be if you cut through. Someone would then be taking their engine apart. Metal shavings would be no good.

probably new main cover time too.
I will do it when I put a new piston and timing chain in this winter as the engine is getting seperated from the frame for the first time since the bikes birth.
