Does somebody have advice? I corocoated my mx frame and used enamel as final coat. But the enamel did not hold onto the corocoat. My pressure cleaner took most of the paint of. Must I put a undercoat on the corocoat or must I leave the corocoat, just undercoat and enamel?

Did you sand this? Corocoat seems to be something that you do not paint over. A hard sanding could cure this though.

Naval jelly on the chrome, rust will come back though

as for the frame
Eastwood Company: Auto Tools, Body Repair, Classic Car Restoration, House of Kolor Paint, Powder Coating This place has the best rust treatments that I know of, my co-driver used their stuff and said the rust never came back (on a 70's challenger)

This is kinda old, but you all may need to investigate POR15's products. I have used them, and they are magic. It's especially handy if you have a old rusty frame or just generally surface rusted metal. POR-15 Inc.
