| are you talking about the silencer or the Jug?

| If the bike was running to rich i could see oil coming out the back of the pipe...

| on start up the bike isnt running, just in idle, so excess fuel is chucked out thru the pipe, once it warms up its burning everything. I would try turning up your idle speed

| well maybe the gaskets in the pipe have gone bad, they get pretty hot so whe it warms up the pipe expands and the cylinder does a very tiny bit so that would make a better seal
