...O.O thats a little much for me

you dry the chain with a hair drier...

isn't running you bike out of gas bad for it?
and why do we try to restart the bike after it dies? to coat the cylinder with oil?

No, I dry the chain by riding the bike while it is running out of gas. Hair dryer is for the air filter. Reason for restart is because sometimes there is still a little gas in there. The most perfect situation would be if you knew the bike was going to run out of gas and the moment before you revved it to the sky and it died right when you hit, oh say 7,000. Then no more fuel would be sucked in but the engine would continue to try to burn any residue what-so-ever in the engine and the oil would still pump. That would be sweet.

I throw my air filters in the dryer... It works well and there is a little special holder you can use to maintain shape.
