| Administrator | Anodizing is the process of etching the metal, then building up a hardcoat of oxidization and the filling in the oxidized pores. Then you seal all that with a specific sealer. The hardcoat makes the parts stronger as well. How a simple scratch can remove the color because aluminum is very susceptible to scratches but some paint types are not.
