Anodize would probably be better. I don't know how well the powdercoat would hold up. Plus anodize looks better.

Wait a sec here. What color are you looking for? If you just want a basic color like black, go PC all the way. Or... You can buy this stuff you paint on that is almost identical to PC in strength. I will get back to you on the name of it. Have you ever re-laced a wheel? Are you going to have a shop do it? It is very pricey to have a shop do it but there is a reason for it. It will take lots of time and will suck but you can do it.

Yeah get back to me on the paint because I can lace my own wheel but i let the local shop do it because its a pain in the booty. I wanted just red hubs is all. on the front and rear

you can put the spokes on and then get the shop true them. youll save like 100 bucks
