yes it does...

is it bad to polish the outside of your jet with high grit sand paper?
and blow it out with a air compressor
what is the best way to clean them?

well its not bad for it but there are better ways. mainly when your jet is off your card blow it out with carb cleaner. if that doesnt work blow on them with your mouth. but the main objective is to clean it out, as long as you dont scratch the inside of it you should be good.but to clean the outside just use carb cleaner and a rag

I shoot brake cleaner or carb cleaner through it.
