I have moved everything about anything other than the kawi's problem to a new thread in the general section entitled
"flame war" if you would like to continue the conversation please go there.

Well, I see that this got super far out of hand. First off, let me suggest using a link that may help you out: Mozilla Download

Firefox provides a spell checker which you should use avidly from now on. It was hard for me to even begin to decipher the plethora of misspelled words. It actually made it hard for me to understand the problem.

Now on to real matters. The engine. That is what we all care about. First thing is stop running octane booster. There is no need for it. With a CR as low as that it just isn't neccessary. You are not gaining anything from it, just putting more stress on your bike. Now if power was low, the first thing I would do is throw a compression gauge on there. You said you used to do all this stuff so grab your compression gauge and get reading. Should only take five minutes because you own a two stroke.

Next off, I would check the power valve assembly and probably decarbonize it. Loss of power doesn't happen form too many things on a two stroke so either way you will be pulling the head so go ahead and pull it now. Check for any ring lip. Pull the cylinder as well and check the piston for broken ring lands or a seized ring.

Or...

You recently touch the carburetor so... It may be something you have touched recently. A sooty plug like in the picture you posted immediately indicates to me a rich condition. This mean going a step or two leaner on the main and one down on the pilot. However, why did it just now change? Maybe when you need carb work, the clip was not put back in the right position?

These are the first issues to address and should be the only ones needed to remedy this problem.

a plug is just a quick fix, you should fix it with your jets and you will get better results
