question about mix ratios for kx 125

This is my first 2 stroke dirt bike, it is a kx 125 bored to a 155 does any body have tips on mix ratios for this bike.

What was it ran at before? Has it just been bored? How was the job done? Steel sleeve or sleeve pulled and Nikasil coated?

My general suggestion would be a 40:1 mix with a synthetic oil such as Bel-Ray. But without knowing the questions above, I would also suggest a re-jet.

Not shure what it was ratio was be for. Previous owner just had the engine work done I believe its a steel sleeve

well, Im going to disagree with tigmaster, run 32:1 with a synthetic, most bike builders recommend this from the factory.
also, Im going to move this to the kawi 2t section

Ran 40:1 with Yamalube mineral oil for 25 hours with no issues what so ever. Compression was still almost 100% Almost every shop will suggest 50:1 or 40:1. Bel-Ray suggests 50:1 right on their bottles. Girlfriend runs 50:1 in her YZ300 with no issues and that was a sketch bore for sure.
