2006 kx250f vs. yz250f

I am in the market for a new 4-stroke race bike. I just havnt really decided which bike to buy. Has anyone had any experience with a 2006 kx250f? I used to have an 04 and it was the worst bike i had ever owned, the valves went out about every 4 months. any help?

Ya, the '04-'05 bikes were the same as Suzuki's '04-'06 bikes. I had a 2004 RM-Z250 and it had a few issues I had to deal with. However the '06 Kawasaki's were made just by them which causes me to worry even more. Why not just stick with a CRF250R?
