Fork and shock setup

ok heres the scoop...i have a 1999 yz-125 and i weigh in at 145lbs and i ride 90% fast trails and bout 10% just playing around (so i want it setup for woods riding) what are good fork and shock settings for my bike?

pro action suspension should be able to hook it up, at 145 I would go softer on the clickers if you cant afford a revalve.

Id take it to them, its expensive, but worth it and far better than any settings you could obtain from just playing with the clickers.

Yes, almost any company revalving will offer vastly improved results. They pretty much set it up exactly for you.

I just got backed hard core, but if you cant afford it, I would soften up the forks and shock, your below the target weight even if you rode mx.

The suspension rebuild is the first thing you should consider on a bike.

well the bike is pretty much race built already...just need suspension and a teeny bit of motor work...ie flywheel weight still unsure how much wieght to go tho

anything but stock for trails, itll make the power band broader
