Air filter question
so can i use only half of the air filter? there is a thin sheet that goes around it, and i was wanting to not use it, here...

why are we using fiber filter oil? (isn't that for paper filters or something)

they still don't look clean...
if the thin sheet you are talking about is the foam pre-filter to the right you should use it

the reason i would "consider thoroughly; think fully or deeply about:" is because i thought maybe it would filter fine without the other half? i guess not?

you can use the pre-filter like a table cloth (omg)if you are riding in a very dusty or say polleny pace you can take the pre-filter off and shake it out

if you just run a fine filter it will just clog up faster..

Do not use the fiber filter oil. It is set up completely different. It is designed to saturate cloth material while foam filter oil is designed to saturate foam obviously but it also forms tiny globules that catch dirt.
