![]() | alright well i've had the stock filter in it and its an 04 and hasnt been cleaned since so i think im just going to go ahead and buy a new one. now the next question I have is, what kind of filter should I buy? and if its a higher flow one then the stock filter then will i need re-jetting again or could i get away without it? and will it increase performance because of more air flow? |

| Pro Mototips Member | more air flow though the the engine (displacement) means more power so yes you will get more power however if it will be noticeable i don't know but since your filter thats on there now probably weights 3 pounds with the dirt on it yes you should get noticeable power are you still running the same top end in it?
