| Administrator | Stiffer Clutch Springs So, I was assembling my new clutch and it came with 2 spring options. I put in the super extra stiff ones. I then tested the clutch lever pull and it felt ridiculously stiff. Should I deal with this or put the other less stiff set? I will be putting out around 50hp, will the stock springs have enough holding power or should I deal with the supper stiff ones? Anyone have any experience with these problems? Thanks.

| Administrator | so even though the clutch cable holder(ya i kno real tecnical) anyway even though that flexes when i pull the clutch in, i just moved the clutch further down the bars so i grab further out and get more leverage. doesnt feel stiff to me and my hands were fine after the ride, no armpurmp during it either. i usually 2 finger my clutch, i think i get a more precise control. only time i use full 4 fingers is in an all out drag race. i love how quick u can shift these bikes, so much motion in such a short amount of time. how many fingers do you use?

| Administrator | so it turns out that the stiffer springs had no effect of armpump, but that was only trails we will see at the track. they are much stiffer than the old ones, 1/8 of an inch longer, and the tab that holds my clutch cable flexes when i pull in on the clutch yet the present no problems to me and i would deffinately recomend the purchase of some.
