Piston choices..

Hey guys. I gota 03 cr 250 and im fixing to freshn the top end up.. Has anyone had any experience with Namura pistons?? Ive always used wiseco of course, but just wandering.. Thanks

well with their anodizing process they claim many great increases. they say that the piston will contract and expand less and will be super hard. however a few people have had the shatter in their bores. i would suggest a good solid wiseco or je. je and wiseco are the same by the way.

yea ive never looked into them but from what it sounds like the piston is probly made to be changed frequently since they are brittle

ya, a lot of people dont like wiseco either but the truth is, they wouldnt be so well known if they made a crap piston. there is an obvious reason they are still in business.
