They just came in. There are two different size adjustment shims and you can use both if you want.The two adjustment straps make it easy to get it snug. They feal good, but I haven't rode with them yet. Give you a heads up when I do.

I've been wearing them for work when I have to throw freight, when I lift weights,and we just had some front yard fun with the bikes(she wouldn't believe me when I said it was my sons ruts)Anyway I would recomend these even if your not older than dirt,or don't feel the pain yet.

well i think they would also help from impacts to, its padding, put i think i might get some, cuz i hurt my wrist at the track yesterday, and i didnt even fall. but they probly wouldnt help for arm pump though since they constrict the bloodflow

They restrict your hand from being pushed back(up) and support your wrist, instead of just immobilizing your hand, Good stuff!!
