hone = put scratches in the cylinder walls

port = changing the flow characteristics of the intake and exhaust

you will get more power if you port it but i don't think its necessary

new cylinder or sleeve?

a new one you dont have to do anything to since it is honed from the factory, but you dont have to port it. did the nikasil wear through on your old one?

well, if its the entire jug block cylinder and sleeve then it would be the same as stock if you didn't port it
