Im sure this is an ongoing discussion, but what type or brand of oil should I run in my 1999 YZ 400F?

   | I run Maxima SynBlend 10w30 with a stainless steel reusable filter. Oil stays perfectly golden for many rides.

| you can download one for free from yamaha's european website. I personally run bel ray or yamalube 10 50 depending on what I can get my hands on.

| Ya, you can find manuals all over the internet. Sometimes just takes a bit of looking to find a good one.
