it may give a tad more power but over time you will lose power and possibly seize your engine

actually gas is better for the rings than oil is.
at least thats what I was told

youd be suprised at how little they need.
Ive heard of people running 50:1 with no problems for years, but have no expierence with anything but 32 and 24:1
