if you mean riding gear, then i would get anything that says answer on it. check out ebay, and use a mototips link. everyone here will tell you to get boots, but ive never ridden on anything but etnies.

I would recommend alloy gear, and dont forget a torque wrench!

i dont even own any gear, just a pair of coveralls. and a $30 chewed up helmet from wal-mart lol.

i have a cheap pos helmet $30 in the bicycle section at wal-mart. it says x-games on it. the front padding is all torn out from my dog. i dont like helmets, but its smart to wear one. even a crappy one.

but a real dirt bike helmet (even though it will set you back on the bike) will keep you the safest
