I'm not sure if the rims and tires are bigger than a stock 125 but the seat height must be like 40inches my dad says he can barely even touch the ground and i havent seen or sat on another 125 to compare them. Also when the bike is standing up my feet are 1-2 inches off the ground. The only reason i ask is because i need to do a Senior Project also and i found 2 bikes which needs fixing and they are both 125s like a stated before and my dad was thinking i could kill two birds with one stone as the saying goes. I also found a TTR 125 like you stated above which is going for cheap too.
well Im the same 5'6" 135, ride a 01 wr250f, which, if anything, is taller than either of those 2t's, I think you could handle it height and weight wise, but power will be a new dimension compared to the pdub.

I didn't even read it but I saw gscx said TT-R and I would agree with him. Just get a 125 2 stroke.

Huh? I was just saying that he should not get a TT-R in my opinion.

Oh.. So directed towards him. A TT-R125 is 10x slower than a YZ125.
