I sat on my dads 125 and i was like man this bike is big but yamaha is known for having high seats though. Is there anyway you can possibly lower the seat height because i know not all suspensions are set up for my weight. Like adjusting the stiffness and softness?

you should really get the 125, you can grow into it. sure it seems huge and has way too much power, but in a week you will be used to it. you will quickly outgrow the 80

Tj i seen a picture of you on your rm and you were using your tippy toes i am the same on my dads yz is it hard to get on and off and go slow? Because we are mostly going trail riding since the mx track is 3 times as much and it would be better for me to learn on the trails anyway. Thats the only thing about the 85 that worried me is that i would out grow it like you said.

the 85, a bike too big for you is a good way to hurt yourself.

Well it would help if i could sit on this 85 and 125 to compare i probably will this weekend. So can you lower suspension? Or make it softer so it wont be as stiff and it should compress more?

Its a shame big bore bikes are went away like the 500 2-strokes and the 650 4-strokes to name a few but i guess the 450s are just so fast.

big bores rule, I rode an it490, or I should say I started it and held on.
