i have an 88 xr80 and need to replace the coil and i took the gas tank off and i dont know which wires to disconnect. can you help me please? thanks

Send a message via AIM to tigmaster
There is either one or two bolts holding the coil on. Then you will will remove the sparkplug wire, undo the ground wire, and then unclip the only other wire going to the coil.

you may only have one wire leading out of the coil though... (besides the high voltage spark plug wire)
