After the successful completion of the 2012 Washougal National last weekend at the famous Washougal MX Park located in Washougal, Washington, the 2012 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship will now go for a break of two weeks and will make a comeback to the racing arena on the 11th of August, 2012 for the Moto-X 338 National which will be played in the city of Southwick, Massachusetts.
The 2012 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship was one of the most awaited bike racing tournaments of this year. MX Championship is termed to be one of the most extreme dirt bike racing championships of the world. The level of excitement and thrill never deteriorates in the MX matches. The 2012 season of the MX championship, as sanctioned by the renowned AMA Pro racing committee, kicked off on the 19th of May, 2012 at the Hangtown National. The season opener witnessed some of the most trilling and nail-biting moments in all the moto races. The opening match organized all the three major events of the MX Championship viz. the 450cc class events, the 250cc lites class events and also the 2012 Women’s MX Championship (WMX) round.
The 2012 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship is scheduled to host 12 matches and out of that, eight MX matches have already completed. The most recent MX round was the Washougal National which was in fact the eight round of this outdoor racing season. The Washougal National was conducted last weekend i.e. on the 21st July, 2012 at the famous Washougal MX Park located in the Washougal county of Washington, USA. Meanwhile, the 2012 Women’s MX Championship (WMX) which also kicked off along with the 2012 MX Championship, will hold eight WMX rounds in this season out of which , six rounds have already completed. The most recent event of the 2012 WMX season was the sixth round which was conducted last Saturday night during the Washougal National.

The championship will take a break of two weeks at a stretch and will return back to the racing arena on the 11th of August, 2012 for the much awaited Moto-X 338 National which will be played in the city of Southwick, Massachusetts. With just only four more matches left to be played in this season of the MX championship, we will now have an ample amount of time to recall back and cherish all those superb MX incidents of this season during this break of two weeks.
The four remaining rounds of the 2012 MX Championship are the Moto-X 338 National (11th August, 2012), the Red Bull Unadilla National (18th August, 2012), the Steel City National (1st September, 2012) and the Lake Elsinore National (8th September, 2012).
