During the 14th match of the 2012 AMA Supercross series, a part of the FIM World Championship, James Stewart of JGRMX/Toyota/Yamaha racing team will be sitting out of the race track and will not be a part of any action. He incurred some severe injuries during the Supercross match at Indianapolis and has not recovered completely yet. His fractured hand will take some more time to recover completely.
The 2012 AMA Superxross series headed New Orleans, Louisiana for the 14th match of this season. The match will be played at the famous Mercedes-Benz Superdome of New Orleans on this Saturday. It is the fourth last match of this season which will end at Las Vegas on the 5th of May, 2012. While the dirt bike racing fans have geared up for another extravagant match at New Orleans, they will be missing out from the opportunity of witnessing James Stewart’s brilliant performance. The ace rider of JGRMX/Toyota/Yamaha racing team will out on this Saturday following some severe injuries which he incurred during the supercross match at Indianapolis. At New Orleans, Stewart will be sitting out and will not be a part of any action.
During the 11th Supercross match of this season at Indianapolis, James Stewart crashed badly in the track after getting tangled with other riders. This made him crash hard on the ground and incurred some serious injuries too. After initial diagnostics, it was reported that he has incurred some critical injuries and will have to undergo further examinations and surgeries. He is said to have fractured his left hand after crashing hard on his left side on the ground. He then underwent surgery for his fractured hand and was said to be recovering well.
As per the latest reports received from Coy Gibbs, the owner of the JGRMX racing team, Stewart is still suffering a bit from his broken hand. The pain got further aggravated after he again caused some injury to the same hand during the Supercross match at Houston. Though he recovering fast, he is not yet fully fit and will take some more time to recover completely and return back to the race track. He will be sitting out at New Orleans on 14th April, 2012 so as to get some more time to recover properly. His injury will be re-evaluated by the doctors before he again returns back to the series. We hope that Stewart will recover soon and will be back to the race track with a bang in the remaining matches of this season of the AMA Supercross series.
Davi Millsaps, the JGRMX/Toyota/Yamaha teammate of James Stewart, will be racing at New Orleans. He will try his level best to deliver an amazing performance and gain the second position in the Supercross standings. All the action from New Orleans will be telecasted exclusively on CBS channel.
