Justin Barcia Eyeing Fifth Straight Win at Lucas Oil Stadium

Justin Barcia of GEICO Honda racing team is eyeing to continue his recent winning streak of extremely good fortune at the St. Patrick's Day race track too. Barcia has registered consecutive victories in the first four matches of the 2012 Eastern Regional Supercross Lites Class Series. He has walked away with the win in all the matches held so far and is still undefeated in this season so far. Even the hostile conditions of the extremely mud filled Daytona race track could not stop him from sweeping away with the victory. At the Lucas Oil Stadium of St. Patrick's Day too, he is hoping to score his fifth consecutive win of this season.

Barcia is not only winning the matches, he is dominant on the race track. He seems to be completely untouchable on the track. In all the races held so far, he qualified at the first or second position on every occasion. Moreover, out of the four heat races, he won three and in one he came second. He won the four main events by a superb average timing of 4.5 seconds. Barcia also tops the current points table with a massive lead of 24 points over Darryn Durham, the second place holder.

Kevin Windham, another ace rider of GEICO Honda will also head towards St. Patrick's Day oozing with confidence. At Daytona, the 450cc bike rider not only won his heat race, but also went on to perform amazingly well in the main event to secure a podium appearance for the first time ever in this season of AMA Supercross Series. After his brilliant performance at Daytona, Windham now resides at the fourth position in the points table of the 2012 AMA Supercross standings. He has a healthy lead of nine points over Jake Weimer.

Justin Barcia of GEICO Honda racing teamAnother Supercross Lites Class rider of team GEICO Honda, Justin Bogle, will head towards the eleventh match at St. Patrick's Day with a sigh of relief that he is again back to the indoors. At Daytona, the quagmire present at the muddy race track almost swallowed his bike entirely during the main event. Bogle is now placed at the seventh spot in the points tally with a lead of 10 points Jake Canada.

The practice session for the AMA Supercross match at Indianapolis will begin at 12:30 p.m. EDT on the afternoon of Saturday. The opening ceremony for the event will commence from 7 p.m., Saturday night. The LIVE telecast of both the Supercross and Lites Class Series will be available on SPEED TV channel commencing from 7:30 p.m. EDT, Saturday night.
