The 2012 AMA Supercross series now moves on to the eastern part of the country. The seventh race of this season of the AMA Supercross series and the first race of the East Regional SX Lites Class Series will be held at the Cowboys Stadium, Arlington, Texas. While the experienced racers are dominating the current series, many new entrants will come in at the Eastern Regional SX Lites Class series. Many of these newbies are potential winners and are top rated AMA Amateur racers.
The 2012 AMA Supercross series, a part of the FIM World Championship, took off early this year at the western coasts of Unites States of America. After having completed six racing matches at different locations of western US, now the championship battle heads towards the eastern part of the nation. It time now to gear up for the East Regional Supercross Lites Class Championship which is going to kick off this coming Saturday. Arlington, Texas is host the first match in the eastern part. The seventh race of the 2012 AMA Supercross series and the first race of the East Regional SX Lites Class Series will be grandly held at the Cowboys Stadium of Arlington, Texas. The tickets of this match are expected to get completely sold out and the match will be witnessed by a jam-packed stadium.
The eastern rounds of this season will be hosted by Atlanta, Daytona, Indy, St. Louis, etc. The excitement and thrill due to the introduction of some new riders in the Eastern SX Lites class championship always enhances the ongoing series and grooves it up. Hence, it becomes a noteworthy thing to look for when the newcomers will clash with the experienced ones. The newbies are expected to deliver some amazing performances and give a tight fight to the potential winners.
The new entries in the East Regional Supercross Lites Class Championship were declared by the governing authority few days back. Depending on the previous performances, some of the noteworthy and comparatively more experienced racers who can be the potential winners and whom we can expect to deliver some great efforts are: Justin Barcia, Ken Roczen, Blake Baggett, Malcolm Stewart, Alex Martin, Darryn Durham, Justin Bogle, Blake Wharton, Kyle Cunningham, Les Smith, PJ Larsen and Hunter Hewitt.
Apart from all these newcomers coming in at the first race of the East Lites class series, there are also some other notable newbies who aren’t entirely new to AMA arena. They have been amongst the top AMA Amateur racers for several years and will be making their AMA SX championship debut this weekend. Some such top rated AMA Amateur racers are: Shawn Rife, Austin Politelli, Justin Starling, James Justice, Gannon Audette, Kyle Peters, Zack Freeberg, Cole Thompson and Tyler Sjoberg.
Favorites amongst the newcomers are unanimously Ken Roczen of team Red Bull/KTM, Justin Barcia of team Geico Honda and Blake Baggett of team Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki. Everyone can recall the amazing performance of Justin Barcia last year which made him win the title and in this year too, he expected to deliver another gem of a performance. He will ride this Saturday as the defending championship. No doubt this weekend will definitely have a high voltage drama at the Cowboys Stadium, Arlington.
