![]() | playin in the mud/water k so im not talking about racing or nething,but me and a couple friends go back to my friends bush and he has trails and such that have some pretty sick puddles and they're a fair bit deep and some small jumps and other stuff. so i have a dr-z250 and they both have 230's so they zip around faster and they're also less afraid of doing things like riding their bike hard. now i was wondering if nebody had any techniques that would help me be more agressive and less timid wen im riding and maybe ride my bike a little harder and faster? because i dunno y but going in mud and stuff i just feel uneasy for some reason. also would riding my bike hard through water and stuff be bad for it or riding it through a good mud puddle? |

| Administrator | Hey, it is super common to feel this way in mud. First off, keep things loose. Don't worry if you feel the bike pull. Keep on the gas to keep the front end light. Don't let off. Remember, the mud requires much more power to keep you going. You should be right up there with those 230's, they are not that fast. No sharp turns either, just flow. You can pretty much apply this to any terrain. Especially rutted sand.

| Administrator | It is a close race but I would think he would have them. Both have the same appearance and I did not bother dynos but maybe I will.
