| C Rider | What To Do Before The Race What you do before the race, is the higher most important thing you do. If one thing doesn't go right in the morning before that race, you will not be able to go as fast as you could. Some people think that they go faster in practice then racing. I think its just that there was no pressure in practice and that they aren't pre-pared to race.. it always used to happen to me. Sleep is a huge factor. If you don't get the right amount of sleep, your body functions won't work right. If your bike isn't ready to run a 40 min moto, its not good enough. Stretching is also a huge factor when you race becasue it helps you ride smoother and no tence. Last is your diet. My trainer doesn't let me eat anything 30 min before each moto, just tons of water. It really helps. Just try to kep your head on strait and you will do fine! |
