How to land.

Ok, is there certain way that you would suggest to land if you are in the air off of your bike cause you screwed up somewhere? I recently had a wreck... I was going off of a jump and right before the jump it was kinda bumpy which caused my front wheel to loose control and it turned to far to the left which made me flip over the handle bars and i broke my theamer. ( which is my thigh ) So, if you guys have any suggestions that would be great! Thanks!

try to land with your legs forward, almost parallel to the ground. this way, your legs will slide forward as the rest of your body "slowly" hits the ground. sorry if u dont understand, i cant really describe it.

Yes, I understand 100%... Thank you! That helped alot! But i dont think that would have really helped there because i was flipping in the air and i couldnt see ne thing... I landed on my head, so i am really lucky i didnt snap my neck. The doctor said I shouldnt ride for about 5-6 months. Do you think that is right since i broke my feamer or wrong? Because I would really like to ride alot sooner. My dad thought about 2 months. What do you guys think? And thanks!

well there was a huge debate about me riding earlier than i was supposed to. u are just going to have to do a little research and see how it feels as u get closer. so i looked it up and i am seeing report of anywhere from 3-6 months. its a big bone and needs a fair amount of healing time. idk, i dont want to tell u that u can ride before but u may be able to ride sooner. wait at least 2-3 months minimum before u ride. now that is my opinion. ya, i know it sucks not riding but find something to do. take yur bike apart and clean everything or something and of course get better soon.
