i had to go to nother mechanic before they would agree to try out the cdi or stater,they have rode it more than me now and guess what i will have to now get a service done ,costin me a small fortune .

well, its either firing at the wrong time or afr is not right

no ,
came back from the suzuki dealers yestarday ,bowt bloody time .
they said all done and it was the wireing loom .so had a brand new one put in (cos they spoke to relentless team suzuki and they had one do the same ) and guess what went out today and after bowt 45 mins worth of riding (and not 45 mins of constant i might add)
she started popping and farting and missing again .
i have asked them to check the cdi and stater but they wont do it and say it wont be that just keep tellin me its dirt in your carb m8.
again only seems to play up when bike is hot.
seems like the stater goin dowm to me???????????
should of got KXF instead

so did you check it for power out-put?

you will need need the specs and a meter

measure the volts first
