This trail offers both lowland and rugged mountain trail riding. It starts at a trailhead at the 600 foot elevation, the trail gains ele- vation until reaching a ridge top of 2,500 feet. The trail follows the ridge for a few miles, then drops and winds back to the trail- head. Appreciate the vistas. Several locations along the ridge offer some of the best panoramas in the state. On a clear day, trail users can see MT Baker, the Strait of Juan de Fuca and Vancouver Island, and the San Juan Islands.
