oil and coolant mixed together, why!

So, ive noticed before every ride ive been having to put a little coolant in my bike. this didnt happen when i first got it. then, i noticed that there was a grey oily substance coming out of my powervalve hose!

And if thats not bad enough, i noticed freaking grey oil in my tranny! so how is all of this connected. why is there a mix of coolant and oil in my tranny? why is a mix of coolant and oil coming out of my powervalve hose? whats wrong?!?! i have a 1994 Rm125. I recently had some clutch work done, do you think maybe a water pump gasket was re-used or something. man this sucks!

your coolant courses thru the water pump, if a seal is leaking it will mix with the oil, I am sad because this is a problem.

well still, thats not the only sketchy thing about it. i talked to the previous owner, and he said the clutch cover wasnt cracked near as bad when he sold it to me, and i had never wrecked it on that side, so somehow the clutch cover was cracked worse, then jb welded on the inside which the previous owner said he didnt do, then the mechanic was trying to get me to buy a clutch cover and top end off of him!
