Do you have access to Nitrogen and do you know how to bleed the shock?

It's not that difficult, but there is a reasonable large margin for error.

OK, so the bleeding he was talking about is making sure the bladder is put on and is not scrunched up. Then when everything is back together you need to let any air out through the valve stem then fill it will nitrogen. It is usually 140-150psi.
