Are there any guides on how to change the fluid on forks? I think I might need it.

its easy to change the fluid, its in your manual.

dont be! I was worried as hell about changing the fork seals in my bike, and after it was done I was like, "a monkey could have done that!"

heres a how to on fork maint, while your in there you might as well change out the seals

Ok ill try it. I bought my bike brand new back in November 2004 and let the pressure out regularly so its time to put new fluid in right?
