Need help changing Stock Fork legs to +! fork legs on my 2007 CRF50?

I just got a set of +1 fork legs and derlin bushings for my 207 CRF50. I need a step by step guide on how to change out the stock forks with the extended ones and also a step by step guide to change the derlin bushings with the stock ones. I coulod also use a step by step guide to change out the rear shock. thanks in advance.

step 1
open door to shop
step 2
step in shop

ok lets skip a few.

youll need to put bike on a stand
remove number plate and front wheel
there are 4 bolts that keep the triple clamps closed on the forks and hold them in place, loosen them, the stockers should drop right out.
slide in your new forks and tighten the 4 bolts of the triple clamps on them to the torque spec stated in your manual, which wont be alot
reinstall wheel and number plate
thats a brief overview and I am unaware of what bushings your talking about unless you mean bearings

Triple clamps are probably around 20ft/lbs and the front axle is probably around 60ft/lbs. I would need to see the axle nut to be certain but that is my guess.

be sure to get the correct torque, don't guess!!

Be careful about the torque settings. Be sure to find out what they are and don't listen to folks that give yopu estimates.
