you can only adjust the back one. do you have a manual?
What make and model bike do you have and do you have adjustments on the top of the forks? Also can you make sag adjustments?
I love the smell of gasoline!!
I woke up.....life is good!!!
i have an 07 honda crf 150 and yes it has the adjustments on the front forks as well
SAG: the bike should be level and measure the free sag while the bike is on a stand, then measure it with you on the bike with your gear on. The difference is the SAG measurement. Try to measure from the swing arm (usually the rear wheel axel) to somewhere on the rear fender, as straight up and down as you can.
Fork adjustment: the CRF 150 forks should have compression and rebound, the manual should tell you which end is the rebound and which is the compression. The CRF150F doesn't have any adjustment on the forks but the CR150R has compression on the bottom and rebound on the top (though I'm not certain about the rebound on the top).
