how often do you put on a top end?
that still doesnt make me even with a bike that has seperate ports or holds just a cunt hair more oil
oh, and i am putting the fuel into perspective, remember, i calculated 2 gallons

something is still wrong here.
it takes less than 1 quart to mix 5 gallons at 32:1 according to my ratio-rite.
thats way more than enough for 5 hours
but the wr uses 1.6 every 5 hours, so i think i am right here, i just cant find the math to back it up
ah, nm, i forgot i was factoring in transmission fluid

Look at the simple fact energy. The fact that per ounce of fuel, a two stroke is less efficient. This is a fact and can be proven by looking at the amount of unburned fuel in the exhaust. If four strokes are so maintenance oriented, why are they in cars????? Why on the now in weedeaters and chainsaws? Why is everything switching to four strokes? There is an obvious reason.... Because they are superior. Manufacturers make decisions based on marginal cost and variable cost. They would not produce these motors if it was not in their benefit.

efficiency wasnt the arguement.
and the law DOES have alot to do with these 4 stroke weed eaters, you think they want to make those? they are junk and even the manufacturers know it.
as far as cars, well, they could never meet emissions either, so bascially its all the greenies fault

when it was rebuilt a year ago it got a new piston and rings, cylinder was still in great shape.
you did, but mpg a 4stroke is superior.
and sorry tig, but I hate these damn 4stroke weed eaters, but I love 4stroke dirt bikes.

ok, but just read that they DO have to meet emission requirements, go read on any lawnmower manual that this certain product meets, blah, blah, blah emissions. i dont understand how this could be less profitable, not only does almost nobody care what their weed eater is, unless you are of course me, but the 2 stroke engine is cheaper to make
so nobody is going to think twice about buying a weed eater if there are few to no choices, it doesnt hurt them at all.
and this is a bad move if you think they are trying to stand out, because they are junk, ive seen them, they make 0 power and look downright frustrating, that will not work.
so, all it could possibly be is they are switching design before they have to.
btw, 2 stroke lawnmowers were banned in california and a bunch of other places is why you dont see them anymore

ya, i know, but i used 2 gallons of the 2 stroke vs 1 gallon of the 4.
so it was even. when are you planning your next rebuild?
