the tank is all rusty. inside and out. i think there are some rocks in there, i can hear rattling around. i heard before that a local radiator shop can dip the gas tank like a radiator and clean the rust off inside and out. though i dont know if thats true or how well it will work.

one of these things got bent up breaking the wheel free....

the back wheel is a little brittle. this happened removing it.

Need new brake pads.

The brake setup for the front seems to work well. havent taken the rear wheel apart yet. dont know if its worth it since it's kinda damaged now

brake pads should not come off like that... lol

if thats all that cracked on it then it should still be good to go

the spokes look nice and rusty i would advise against trying to loosen or tighten them...

the cams in the brake hub need cleaned and greased

take the speedo gear out and clean it up see how pitted it is if your lucky then it will still have smooth faces on the teeth
try not to bend the tabs on it

you may be able to save the chain tensioner
but i am not sure

you see in the last photo (that is the front hub yes?) the shiny ring with two tabs on it?

those tabs drive the speedo gear there should be a large ~1"dia circlip in there and the gear should pull out

you mean the cam? it has the splines cut on it
thats the cam that separates the brakes pads

you need to brush it off before you try and take it out along with putting some type of penetrating lubrication on it

cast aluminum (what your hub is made out of brakes easily so try not to hit it and if you have to put a piece of wood over it
