it looks like i can get the lights and switches from various places and put it all together for around $100. apparently to get it registered i just have to take it and have it pass an inspection and they give me a paper for the dmv to register it... am i right?

mainly theyll check for a vin and paperwork, the ct was a street legal bike to begin with so an inspection may not be nessacary
