trying to figure out what this bike is - Page 16

You will need a title in your name along with a safety inspection required in most states. Safety inspections are like $10 so no big deal. Most shops do them. They don't really do much for motorcycles. There are lots of things they could check for but they don't. They will check turn signals, brake lights, and headlights. They are supposed to check brake pads and tire and usually mirrors but these items are often overlooked. They also are supposed to check chain and sprockets and check for exhaust leaks. Just bring them a nice clean bike and they will make the assumption that everything is good.

well i can get one.... my uncle on my wifes side gave it to me. it was in his backyard... which is actually a sort of jusnkyard. he has about 2 other dirt bike frames, a motorcycle frame, a scooter frame, 30 or more cars and trucks... etc. anyway he said i could have what i wanted. so i took it. why would a bill of sale help?

so i need to get a bill of sale, take that to go get a title, take the title to get the bike inspected, take tat to get it registered... sounds like fun.
