so i was practicing and i was going up a hill and my bike made some really funky noises and bam. she died. so i bump it cuz it wont start and it has no power. so i come home tear it down and my rod bearings went out. my cylinder has a scar and this sucks. ill have pics.

i lied. i looked at it and was wrong. something hit the piston piston snaged a gap in the cylinder and scratched it up real nice. so its done. not putting anymore money into it.

its only like 250 for a new cylinder, i know it sounds like alot, but if you work like 20 hours a week you will have no problem getting that, really, esp. since you are young and still live with your parents and all

when ever i get the extra money i will get her running again. but there is no point at the moment. season is dying down just a few more races left and im tryin to borrow someones 125. next year with grad money and having a job im getting a new 250f. and then whenever ill get her back running. And GSCX if im going to get a cylinder i might as well get a new crank cuz my luck that would be next thing to go out. so new crank assy. 200. cylinder 250-300. piston kit 100. yea just to much at the moment. ill be in a bad mood for a while haha

my cylinder got scratched awhile back, a little rock got in there, the scratch was small enough it could be honed out, but it couldve been alot worse. now i always put grease around the rim of my air filter, im not risking that again
