ok so here is a pic suspension is on, rear is ready to go but the forks are not tight yet.

your cylinder must just slide on, mine wont even think about getting on the bike without a few good swings to the frame

slides on and off, with a little effort. maybe one of your studs are bent?

topend kit
sprockets
chain
seat cover
gas and pre mix
