Question 1999 YZ400 Rear suspension ???

Ok, I got all the info on the front shock on how to rebuild how about the rear suspension? Does anyone have any insight, rating on how difficult? I am also wanting to re valve for my weight full gear I am at 250....any help is appreciated.

This isn't all that easy, actually the shock isn't either, so to really do it correctly you should have someone show you how or buy the RaceTech dvd/tape that describes how to do this. I will look for an instruction document and pass it along.
