no, oil will not cause it. u said u have it figured out, wat is it? also if u dont use the bag u are almost guaranteed leaks.

uh thats bad because there is this circlip of the expanding type that goes on right after the seal is pressed into place. u may have put that circlip in there, but if the seal wasnt pressed in all the way it would have been a wasted. even at that, fork seals should not just be comming out. once the fork is assembled, no physical part can hit the oil seal and cause it to come out, only the friction on the lips of the seal can do that. they dont make seals that are that crappy, but they do put a circlip after the seal so they must come out sometimes. your dust seal should have come out also because they sit right on top of each other. these are kayabas right?

yes they are either something got past the dust seal or it was bad b/c the other on is fine.
